  • Paul Gongaware – CEO of AEG
  • Michael Williams – Michael Jackson’s Personal Assistant
  • Faheem Muhammad – Head of Michael's security detail
  •  Alberto Alvarez – Michael Jackson’s director of logistics and a member of his security team
  • Kai Chase – Michael’s personal chef
  • Richard Senneff – Los Angeles fire fighter/paramedic who responded to the 911 call
  • Martin Blount – Los Angeles fire fighter/paramedic who responded to the 911 call
  • Harry Daliwal – Regional retail sales manager with AT&T, retrieved text messages from Murray’s phone
  • Jeff Strohn – Records custodian for Sprint/Nextel
  • Dr. Richelle Cooper – Attending ER Physician at the UCLA Medical Center; she made the call for time of death and advised on the 911 call
  • Dr. Thao Nguyen – Cardiology fellow at UCLA, s present in the emergency room when Jackson was brought in
  • Dr. Joanne Bednarz-Prashad called Murray for a consult on a mutual patient on June 25th
  • Dan Myers – Senior Homicide Detective with the LAPD
  • Sade Anding – Houston cocktail waitress who dated Conrad Murray, she was on the phone with Murray when Michael Jackson went into distress
  • Bridgette Morgan – Girlfriend of Conrad Murray, she called him 30 minutes before Jackson went into distress. He did not answer.
  • Nicole Alvarez – Mother of Murray's youngest child, she lived with Murray at the time of Michael's death and continues to live with and be supported by him. She received numerous propofol shipments.
  • Michelle Bella - Exotic dancer and girlfriend of Conrad Murray was  told by Murray that he was Michael Jackson's personal physician when she met him in a strip club
  • Elissa Fleak – Los Angeles County Coroner's Investigator who searched the room the day Michael Jackson died
  • Stephen Marx – DEA computer forensics examiner who retrieved audio recordings, voicemails, and e-mail  from Conrad Murray's iPhone
  • Tim Lopez – Pharmacist  testified Conrad Murray purchased several drugs including propofol
  • Jaime Lintemoot – Senior Criminalist for the Los Angeles County Coroner
  • Orlando Martinez – LAPD Detective
  • Dr. Christopher Rogers – Forensic pathologist with the L.A. County Coroner’s Office
  • Dr. Richard Ruffalo – Anesthesiologist and clinical pharmacologist
